The Progressive website is updated faster than what I was use to with another company . The online chat handled a few changes really fast at 10 pm on Friday night! I had proof of INS on 4 vehicles printed out quickly . I saved alot of money with Progressive and glad I got quotes with them through my local agent .

customer service is outstanding! very knowledgeable and helpful but local agent couldn't tell me why certain things place on my credit or referred me to someone i had to call the customer services

Very satisfied means only the purchase process and grace and help from Joanna the sales person. Also I very much like the snap check process. The rest remains to be seen. So far I am very pleased.

Only switched to AAA because progressive didn't offer dune buggy ins. Now I don't need that anymore, and AAA wouldn't respond and still haven't when I purchased a new vehicle and wanted ins on it. So many hurdles and dropped calls I insured my new vehicle with progressive and I'm very happy again ! I insure,4 vehicles, all are going to progressive insurance soon !

After working for Progressive in the claims department for 3 years, i know how much Progressive values their customers. Progressive will fight for accuracy and advocacy, and there is no other insurance company that I feel truly safe with to protect me from vulnerability.
