I purchased my policy online and have little to share except that i was reluctant to select Progressive as my carrier because in the past i felt i was not treated fairly when i was required to file a claim, but that was many years ago.

I wish I had changed sooner to Progressive. Not only is the cost almost half of what I was paying before, but the customer service department is the best I’ve ever dealt with for any reason. Very clear easy to follow website for setting up your insurance and when I called with questions the customer service team was like chatting with a very knowledgeable friend. Super happy I switched.

When comparing auto insurance quotes, I was suspicious that Progressive was significantly cheaper and offered more coverage. So I called to confirm, and there was no catch. I bought my policy because: 1. I spoke to a person right away. Didn’t spend more than 10 minutes on the phone for the entire duration. 2. The price was much cheaper and I received a slightly better product. Can’t get better than that.
