I've had a great experience overall! Changing to Progressive was the best thing. The process was smooth, policy clearly explained, very good pricing, and no hidden surprises. I'm enjoying the Snapshot app!

i opted in for something i didn’t know and when i opted out they didnt charge me out my **** for my new policy.

March 7th I was involved in a crash and I was traumatized. But the representatives from the initial claim was amazing and supportive. More importantly I was assigned to Byron M (Lakeland Fl area) he was was outstanding and worked swiftly to support me in this process! I am so thankful progressive and people like Byron! I am recommending my family to switch to progressive!
