I purchased progressive insurance for my motorcycles through a local independent agent. I feel it is important to have a physical agent to deal with, now and in the future.

I am not unhappy with the service at Progressive, however, I was with Progressive online and switched to a local agent, who is also Progressive. She just rewrote my policy, but now I am getting an early cancelation fee of 49.00 for switching to a different Progressive agent. I think that is aweful. Im on a fixed income and this is unacceptable to me. Alicia Arens
