Received several harassing phone calls. Even after ‘signing’ the contract the calls continued. I am currently looking for better coverage.

My insurance agent Josh was very nice to work with very knowledgeable. I would recommend him. But I would not recommend that people plug this monitor into their car cuz it's like having a security camera sitting on the dashboard looking at you 24 hours a day. Maybe I can just unplug it every time before I drive

Getting a new home owners policy is getting to be harder. Last year Progressive declined a combined auto/home policy for me. Glad they changed their algorithm for coverage to included my area this year. My other choice was way expensive on home but much cheaper than Progressive on the auto. But combined Progressive came in the best and cheapest for my needs.

My comment on progressive as a company. I wish I never left. However, my home needs insured as well. The bundling discount rates are huge across the board. Hopefully progressive makes a change soon or I will be moving 1 of 3 different policies to allstate because they insure my home. And I would get a discount by adding another policy.

Progressive helped me even when I didnt understand too much of the information but I asked questions one of the representatives was so help connecting with his boss.
