The Progressive website is updated faster than what I was use to with another company . The online chat handled a few changes really fast at 10 pm on Friday night! I had proof of INS on 4 vehicles printed out quickly . I saved alot of money with Progressive and glad I got quotes with them through my local agent .

After working for Progressive in the claims department for 3 years, i know how much Progressive values their customers. Progressive will fight for accuracy and advocacy, and there is no other insurance company that I feel truly safe with to protect me from vulnerability.

At first, the girl I talked to explained everything and gave me her phone number and extension. However, when I tried to call her to sign up, she refused to answer or reply to my messages. That didn't make me happy. When I talked to a higher up she smoothed it all out and now I am happy.
